AER is a boutique European booking agency founded in the Benelux in 2025 by two artist management teams with a shared belief: that artists grow best through care, collaboration, and time.
With over twenty years of combined experience in international artist development, AER was born from a desire to bring more intention — and more humanity — into bookings. We build careers thoughtfully, placing identity and trajectory at the center.
